Nadeane joined Jamison Search in 2019, bringing more than 20 years of operations, office management, and business administration experience. She is the operational backbone of the firm, creating the structure, systems, and support that allow the recruiting team to focus on serving clients and candidates.
As Operations Manager, Nadeane oversees the day-to-day business functions that keep Jamison Search running efficiently—from finance, reporting, and compliance to marketing, technology, and client support. She is passionate about building organized, reliable processes and ensuring every detail reflects the firm’s commitment to integrity and exceptional service.
With a background spanning HVAC, plumbing, ingredient brokerage, and executive search, Nadeane brings a broad business perspective and a talent for connecting people, information, and systems. Known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and steady leadership, she is often the person behind the scenes ensuring both clients and recruiters have what they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Nadeane enjoys exploring Utah’s mountains, photography, watercolor painting, and time with her family. She believes the strongest businesses—and the strongest relationships—are built on trust, curiosity, and genuine care for people.
