Retained Search

For urgent situations or searches requiring strict confidentiality. JSI serves as your dedicated recruiting resource for the duration. Fee is a percentage of first-year offer letter (base + realistic bonus). Structured as three equal payments: on engagement, on candidate acceptance, and on start date.

Engaged Search

Takes precedence over all contingency searches. Structured for clients who want strong prioritization without full retention. Fee is a percentage of first-year offer letter. One-third paid to initiate; the remaining two-thirds paid when the candidate begins employment.

Contingency Search

We refer candidates who most closely match your requirements. A fee is only due if you hire someone we’ve presented — calculated as a percentage of the first-year offer letter including base salary and realistic bonus. No placement, no fee.
