Nadeane Gillies

Operations Manager

Nadeane joined our team in early 2019. She brings over 20 years of office managerial experience. For JSI she’s responsible for tracking everything our recruiters bring in; spreadsheets and QuickBooks at the ready. With a background in HVAC, plumbing, and ingredient brokering, she is well-versed in juggling many concepts, ideas, and business needs. Nadeane is experienced in research & development, bookkeeping, human resources, and general office management.

When she’s not in the office, Nadeane enjoys conquering mountains, playing in the dirt, traveling, and spending time with her 3 daughters and puppy.
